Before heading over to Brisbane for their wedding, Emeline and Niu wanted an engagement session in Auckland and they picked the perfect location to do that. Muriwai beach is definitely one of my favourites when it comes to photo locations in the North Island of New Zealand, not only is it photogenic but it also provides a great variety of backdrops for photos!

We love engagement sessions because every one of them is so unique, and it allows us to get to know our couples much better before the wedding day. Not to mention they get to have a feel for how we operate behind the camera and also leave the shoot with awesome photos on a stress-free day.

Thank you for braving the winds, trekking around slippery moss-covered rocks and not even complaining one bit Emeline and Niu!
