One of the first things that Rennie and Tyler emphasized to me was they wanted to spend as much time as they can with the guests. We planned to have the fun photos before the ceremony, so after the ceremony they wouldn’t have to leave the guests at all. Rennie and the girls got ready at Lavender Hill (such a beautiful place, and there were alpacas!).
After we were done with the girls, they got to return to the resort for a rest while we carried on with couple photos. One thing the girls forgot to do, to our horror, was to close the gates behind them when they left! We ended up having to round up the alpacas and keep them on the right side of the fence. Continuing with the couple photos, we made great use of the area and also had the opportunity to talk quite a bit. I even gave them some tips on interesting places to go and food to it for their honeymoon!
The rest of the wedding took place at the gorgeous Gracehill Vineyard Estate. Emotions were on full display during both the ceremony and reception, between the vows and speeches. We had a great time and I couldn’t have asked for a better day to photograph!
